If you walked into work tomorrow morning, and were told to go home and never come back, what would you do?

Do you have a back-up plan?

Long gone are the days of job stability and security.  It is highly unlikely you will enter the workforce and stay in one job for your entire career.

With this in mind, we must constantly market, and re-market ourselves and our ideas to maintain a competitive edge in the workforce.

Dreams of retiring on company paid and government pensions are quickly diminishing.  The reality is the money just isn’t there.  The cost of living is spiraling, yet our incomes are stagnant, and the prospect for improvement is at an all-time low.

A friendly reminder that those bills simply won’t pay themselves; we still need to eat, and we still require a roof over our heads!

Whether it’s a part-time job, a new full-time job, freelancing, or running your own business, it’s time my dear friends for you to create your Plan B, and set it in motion!

One of the primary reasons we don’t have a Plan B, is due to fear of the unknown.  Fear is one of the strongest deterrents that hold people back.  I find myself wondering if it’s fear of failing or fear of finding success?

Whichever it may be, don’t let fear of the unknown deter you from reaching your truest potential.  Success can be yours, but you really won’t know if you don’t try!

Do you have a back-up plan, and if your answer is NO, what are you waiting for?!?
